Every pipeline, every station, every facility eventually comes down to a joint — and BWZ Energy & Infrastructure Ltd staffs certified welders who treat that joint as the whole job, not a line item. Our crews weld large-diameter pipe to API 1104 procedure, on cross-country lines, station piping, and facility tie-ins alike.
We run a documented welder-qualification program: every welder on a BWZ crew has a current procedure qualification record on file before they strike an arc on a client's project, and every weld is logged — position, procedure, welder ID, and inspection result — into a weld map the operator receives at project closeout.
Installation follows the same standard. Our crews handle pipe stringing, line-up, bending, and fit-up, coordinating tightly with our civil and pipeline teams so welding never becomes the bottleneck on a job's critical path.

We don't self-certify our own work as sufficient. Radiographic and ultrasonic testing is scheduled into every welding program based on the operator's specification, with third-party NDE technicians reviewing film and generating reports that get filed alongside our internal weld logs.
If a weld doesn't pass, it gets cut out and re-welded — documented, not buried — because a repaired-and-hidden defect costs an operator far more down the line than a day of rework costs us now.
Tell us your pipe diameter, wall thickness, and procedure requirements — we'll staff a qualified crew fast.
