Erecting a drilling rig or a production facility is unforgiving work — tolerances are tight, sequencing matters, and a missed foundation date can push an operator's entire drilling program back weeks. BWZ Energy & Infrastructure Ltd takes on that scope directly, with structural crews who understand rig geometry and facility piping equally well.
We start below grade: piling, mat foundations, and anchor bolt templates set to the rig manufacturer's tolerances, verified before a single piece of steel goes up. From there our crews handle structural steel erection, substructure assembly, and the mechanical, electrical, and piping tie-ins that bring a facility from bare foundation to first production.
The same discipline carries into production facility builds — separators, tank batteries, metering skids, and gathering headers, all fabricated and installed to the operator's P&ID and commissioned with full documentation handed over at completion.

Offshore work carries its own logistics — barge scheduling, weather windows, and marshaling yard coordination all have to line up before a crew ever mobilizes. Our teams support topside module fabrication, deck piping tie-ins, and structural outfitting for platforms and jack-up rigs across the Gulf region and our Middle East operating area out of Dubai.
Every offshore crew we send out is trained to the same HSE standard we hold onshore, with additional certification for marine mobilization, confined-space work, and working-at-height on platform structures.
